PREPARING PRINCE GLOBAL UPVC WHITE PIPES & FITTINGS FOR INSTALLATION

Cuttings: Cut PRINCE GLOBAL uPVC White  Pipe as squarely as possible for proper bonding.

Debarring / Beveling: Ensure that the cut pipe is free burrs and filings that might prevent proper contact. Burrs and filings should be removed from outside and inside of the pipe with a suitable file.

Chamfer: Chamfer the end of the pipe to facilitate entry into the fitting.

Solvent Cement Application: Wipe clean the pipe end and fitting with a dry rag. Use solvent cement, applying an even coat on both, the top of pipe end and inside the fitting Socket.

Assembly: Rotate the pipe to a ½ turn after inserting into the fitting socket.

Set and Cure:  Usually 10 to 20 minutes ism the set and cure time for perfect joints, depending on the humidity and
